When creating an account with Homedinero, you agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with any third party

You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that may result from unauthorized use of your account. Homedinero reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity.

4. Seller Terms

As a seller using Homedinero, you understand and agree that:

• You have no obligation to accept any offer received through the platform
• All offers are non-binding until a formal purchase agreement is signed by all parties
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all property information submitted
• You have the legal right and authority to sell the property listed
• You will disclose all material facts and defects about the property as required by law
• You may receive multiple offers from different buyers
• There is no guarantee that you will receive any offers

Sellers are free to work with real estate agents, list their property elsewhere, or pursue other sale methods while using Homedinero. You may withdraw your property from the platform at any time before entering into a binding agreement.

5. Buyer Terms

As a buyer using Homedinero, you understand and agree that:

• Verification of your identity and financial capability is required
• You must provide proof of funds or financing before making offers
• You agree to pay applicable acquisition fees as outlined in your buyer agreement
• All offers made through the platform must be made in good faith
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence on properties
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding real estate purchases
• Submitted offers are subject to seller acceptance and further negotiation

Buyers acknowledge that acquisition fees may apply to completed transactions facilitated through Homedinero. The specific terms, including fee structure and payment schedule, will be outlined in a separate buyer agreement.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users of Homedinero are expressly prohibited from:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Impersonating any person or entity
• Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Circumventing the platform to avoid fees or obligations
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform or user accounts
• Using automated systems or bots to access the platform
• Scraping or collecting data from the platform without permission
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform
• Submitting properties you do not have authority to sell
• Making offers without genuine intent or ability to purchase

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action as appropriate.

Not a Real Estate Broker: Homedinero is not a licensed real estate broker, agent, or salesperson. We do not represent buyers or sellers in real estate transactions. We are a technology platform that facilitates connections between parties. All users are encouraged to seek independent representation from licensed real estate professionals.

Not Legal or Financial Advice: Nothing on the Homedinero platform constitutes legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Users should consult with qualified professionals including attorneys, accountants, financial advisors, and real estate agents before making any real estate decisions.

No Guarantees: Homedinero makes no guarantees regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of property information
• The receipt or acceptance of any offers
• The successful completion of any transaction
• The value, condition, or suitability of any property
• The qualifications, reliability, or trustworthiness of any user

Use At Your Own Risk: The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Users assume all risks associated with using the platform and engaging in real estate transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homedinero and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or information
• Property damage or personal injury
• Failed or unsuccessful transactions
• Actions or omissions of other users
• Unauthorized access to your account or information

In no event shall Homedinero's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the platform exceed the amount paid by you to Homedinero in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
